Barbecue Ribs

99 Degrees Hot Pot


– 4 lb of spare ribs, cut up
– 1 cup of packed brown sugar
– ½ cup of chili Sauce
– ¼ cup of ketchup
– ¼ cup of soy sauce
– ¼ cup of dark rum
– ¼ cup of Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
– 2 garlic cloves, crushed
– Dash of pepper


– Wrap the spare ribs in foil and bake for 90 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

– Unwrap and drain off drippings.

– Mix together all of the ingredients and pour over the ribs.

– Marinate at ambient temperature for 60 minutes.

– Grill for 30 minutes, while basting with sauce.
